Komodo Dragons (varanus komodoensis) Could only be found in the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Gili Montang, and Nusa Kode in Komodo National Park. Small populations of the dragons. Also could be found in western and northern Flores. Komodo dragons are carnivorous, canibal, scavenger and top predator. The main prey of the dragons is tim or deer. They also feed on water buffaloes, wild boar, wild horse and long tailed macaques.
The juvenille dragons feed on small lizard, reds, insects and other small animalls. The mating seasons of the dragons occurs in around July-Agustus, about 2 months later the female dragons will laying the eggs. The juvenille dragons hatch around February-April.
